1. Where do you ship?

Feetz currently  only ships to United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Feetz offers free shipping on all orders , with no minimum order amount required.

3. How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping time: 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Deadline for placing orders: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days from order date

4. What is the deadline for placing an order?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)  will be processed the next business day.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details .

Feetz does not currently offer direct exchanges .
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original purchase and place a new, separate order.
